created by Filmmakers and other content creators. By signing up for any kind of services on
www.cineliv.com, the user unconditionally undertakes to adhere to this Terms of Use Policy
Please go through the following Terms of use as applicable on you for using the website
www.cineliv.com or any of its underlying services.
(Real name of the proprietor) is the owner of the website www.cineliv.com.
“www.cineliv.com” is referred as “our website” or “our platform” or “our team” or “us”.
“You” means a registered user of www.cineliv.com or a visitor of our website or a content contributor on our platform.
“Content contributors” are those users of our website who upload any kind of audio-visual content on our platform.
Conditions governing the Terms of use of our platform:

i. User’s age must be 16+ years to avail any kind of services as offered on www.cineliv.com. If you are using any of our services then you automatically confirm compliance of age criteria.
ii. The audio-visual content on our website is available only for online viewing and not for selling it. The viewing services are offered for pay per video basis i.e. you may choose from a wide array of available video content spread across different genres and pay only for those selected by you based on the price of per selected video(s). For this first an account on our platform will have to be created by registering through an email-id and mobile number.
iii. The audio-visual content can only be accessed online on our website through any of your devices like mobile phone, laptop, tablet etc.
iv. The quality of the video content on our website depends on various factors like kind of device used for streaming, bandwidth or speed of internet of the user etc. Our platform makes every attempt to disclose beforehand the quality of the content on offer on our website. Please be informed that, our platform will not be responsible for any additional internet charges that may be levied upon the user for streaming of high quality video content by his internet provider.
v. The services offered by our website are not meant for commercial exploitation or generating revenue by any other person/entity except our partners (use the exact term)
vi. Purchase of a content on our website offers you a non-transferable, non-sub licensable, nonexclusive, revocable and limited access of the content you have bought for viewing on our platform.
vii. The consumer of the content on our website or even any visitor of our website, agrees not to download, copy, share/transmit, upload, capture, modify, publish, use any manual, computerized or automated means for unauthorized access of our content, indulge in parallel streaming of the content available on our platform or perform or involve in any other such fraudulent activities of similar nature concerning the content or services available on our platform.
viii. The services available on our platform are on offer only for viewing it in India and for Indian citizens only. Our platform will not be responsible for non-availability of our services outside the territory of India.
ix. Post-purchase of an audio-visual content, its duration of availability for viewing purpose and other applicable conditions will be as per particular disclaimer & conditions as disclosed on the cover page of the video/content on offer on our website.
2. Promotional offers
Our team may reach out to you via e-mail, sms, calls etc. on your registered email-id, mobile no. or any other social media platforms to inform you of any new announcements about present/upcoming offers, discounts, referral programs, events, promotions for any particular type of content etc.
3. Payment and Refund
i. Payment – For viewing any audio-visual content on our platform an advance payment equal
to the price marked on the cover page of the video on offer will have to be paid by the user
and the content will be available only after the amount is credited to the destine d bank
account.
ii. Payment Modes– A user can make payment for viewing any available content on our platform
by using any of following banking channels offered by our selected banking partners:-
a) Credit/ Debit Card
b) Online Banking
c) UPI
d) e-wallets
iii. Refund – The amount once received by us in lieu of any services by a user, will not be refunded
under any circumstances except where the content for which it was paid could not be made
available to the user as per the conditions mentioned on the cover page of the video on offer
at the time of making payment.
4. Suspension of User account and Termination of Services
If a user/visitor is found or suspected to be either involved in any fraudulent or illegal practices on/
using our platform or is associated with violating any of the norms of this Terms of Use Policy, his
account on our platform may be temporarily suspended and no warning or advance notice will be
served upon the violator before the suspension of his account. Based on the internal inquiry
conducted by our team, if the user/visitor is found guilty his services on our platform will be
terminated permanently without awarding compensation in any kind or refund of advance money, if
any paid by such person. In addition, the platform also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings
against such guilty person in the appropriate court of Noida jurisdiction.
5. Content guidelines
i. By an act of uploading any kind of content on our platform the Content contributor declares
and affirm that he is the rightful owner or authorized person concerning the content he is
uploading and that the content uploaded by him on our website is free from violation of any
kind of intellectual property rights like copyright, trademarks, design etc. in the content.
ii. Content contributors unconditionally agree to not upload any audio-visual content containing
pornography, adultery and is free from any matter which may hurt religious sentiments, bias
towards any person/sect/group of individuals/entity/institution, be derogatory or defamatory
in nature, incite violence or is in violation of any laws, rules or regulations as applicable in
India.
iii. Our platform reserves the right to delete any content uploaded on our website which violates
any conditions of this Terms of Use Policy or is in contravention of the applicable laws of India
or in compliance to an order of court or any government agency or institution, without prior
notice to the content contributor.
iv. In case of any contravention of Terms of Use Policy by any person, the de cision passed by
internal team of our platform shall be final. An aggrieved person may take legal recourse
against such decision but only in the appropriate courts of Noida jurisdiction.
6. Our website will not be held responsible in any ways for the acts of its users, content
contributors or visitors on its platform. Also our platform will not be held liable in any kind of action
brought by any third party against a user/visitor of the website or content contributor with respect
to his usage of our platform or the content he has uploaded on our platform.
7. The Privacy Policy as available on our website forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of our
website.
8. This Term of Use Policy was last updated in January 2023 and our platform reserves with itself the
right to amend or update this Terms of Use Policy based on the changes in its internal rules and
policies or change in applicable laws or rules in India, without any prior notice to its users.
9. This Term of Use Policy is governed by applicable appropriate laws of India only. In case of any
dispute or complaint against our platform, sole jurisdiction will lie to the appropriate courts in
Noida
